Budanov said that as a result of the attack on the HQs of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, at least 9 people were killed and 16 were injured. Among them is Colonel General Alexander Romanchuk, commander of the Russian Armed Forces group in the Zaporizhzia direction.
The 46th Brigade is making progress towards Novoprokopivka. There is decent progress south east of Robotyne that lays the foundation for further advances. The Armed forces of Ukraine also advancing along trenches west of Verbove.

Over the past 18 months, British officials have been holding diplomatic talks with representatives of the Kremlin on global security amid the war in Ukraine. The meetings took place in Vienna and New York, as part of behind the scenes diplomatic efforts.
The US decided to transfer long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine even before the visit of Zelenskyi. It was done not to tip off the Russians, and also not to encourage Russia to move their supply lines further from the front lines.
